I also do not understand how correct order of patches at v3 became
incorrect at RESEND of v3.

Really, pay attention on submitting process in Mediatek. I was
complaining A LOT about quality of upstream submissions of Mediatek and
have now - after 2-3 years of complains - close to zero patience for
this company. Mediatek brought it on themselves by repeating same
mistakes over and over.
