This should be EXPORT_SYMBOL()'ed, otherwise cpu_is_* macros()
won't work in modules. The compiler warning was due to missing of
declaration of EXPORT_SYMBOL(), #include <linux/module.h> will solve
this. I've updated my local commit for this.
