Rather than defining one xxx_GMAC_PHY_INTF_SEL_xxx() for each mode,
define xxx_GMAC_PHY_INTF_SEL() which takes the phy_intf_sel value.
Pass the appropriate value into these new macros in the set_to_xxx()
methods.

No change to produced code on aarch64.
