__initdata tag should be placed between the variable name and equal
sign for the variable to be placed in the intended .init.data section.

This doesn't look like a functional regression to me so I've pulled this
into next/cleanup for 3.13. Let me know if I've misunderstood and if it
causes issues on 3.12.
