Hey David,

The series was dropped due to some changes that need to be added. I
believe Mani is working on it. However, you should still be able to
test things with the addition of the reset slot series [1], and the
support for the dwc-rockchip driver [2]. The reset slot code should run
on a link down, so it may help your case. Worth a try :)
