I have just released fasm version 1.43, and it finally has built-in
support for the ELF output format, and therefore is much more useful
for Linux assembly programming. It still lacks a good example programs,
only small demonstrations how to use the ELF formatting directives,
it will change if there is some interest and feedback. Please try it!
