I am the vger postmaster, I am the one responsible,
and if you don't like my policies go and make your own
set of mailing lists elsewhere and ask everyone
to go and use your lists instead of mine if you like.

Rick is an asshole, when I asked him politely to stop his postings, he
responded in an ignorant and arrogant way.  Therefore, he's a flat out
jerk, and he cannot use the lists anymore.

There is no discussing this any further.
