The AsmIDE program web page has been updated with
several bug fixes and greatly expanded kernel reference.
Also the "download" page has been updated with the
following:

 1. AsmLib expanded to include low level sound
     functions.
 2. Added example program to measure physical fitness
     using a step test.  This demonstrates the metronome
     library function.
