Subject: [PATCH 12/13] block: remove bio_clone() and all references.
Date: Sun, 18 Jun 2017 14:38:59 +1000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <149776073934.23258.17954806456328395509.stgit@noble> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <149776047907.23258.8058071140236879834.stgit@noble>

bio_clone() is no longer used.
Only bio_clone_bioset() or bio_clone_fast().
This is for the best, as bio_clone() used fs_bio_set,
and filesystems are unlikely to want to use bio_clone().

So remove bio_clone() and all references.
This includes a fix to some incorrect documentation.
