Hi,
Does anybody know the meaning of HCI version in hciconfig =96a ?
I have a dongle
(http://www.globalsat.com.tw/eng/product_detail_00000057.htm) which should
be Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR. This is what is says on Globalsats homepage and in
Bluetooth Qualified Product Listing Notice from SGS.
BUT:
# hciconfig hci0 version
hci0:=A0=A0 Type: USB
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 BD Address: 00:0D:B5:21:02:54 ACL MTU: 384:8 SCO MTU:=
64:8
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 HCI Ver: 1.2 (0x2) HCI Rev: 0x7a6 LMP Ver: 1.2 (0x2) =
LMP Subver:
0x7a6
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Manufacturer: Cambridge Silicon Radio (10)
Is HCI Ver the same as supported Bluetooth version?
Mvh
