You forgot the other options which select the Bluetooth core and the
upper layer protocols.

These two has nothing to do with it.

You don't need sbp2, because this is the storage layer of IEEE 1394 (aka
Firwire).

The HID proxy mode will refuse keyboards that are not paired. Try to
pair your keyboard with the "hcitool auth ..." command and it should
work.
