Hi Marcel,
The hciconfig crash is probably due to an older version of either bluez-
libs and/or bluez-utils that is shipped with fedora core 3. I installed
the latest 2.15 version of both and that solves this problem (because I
installed it in /root/bluetooth and the --libdir option to configure did
not work, I had to add -L/root/bluetooth/lib to line 92 of bluez-
itils-2.15/tools/Makefile). Thanks for the tip...
So it works fine with AMD64 so far...
