I have to use the DUN profile in my project.
It seems that it is the limitation of my adapter as you say.
I will check it.

I can not fully understand what a profile exactly is in a bluetooth device.
Some people said profiles are hardened into adapters.
Does the limition come from profiles?

no. Profiles are part of the host stack inside the operation system and
thus it depends on BlueZ if a profile is supported or not.
