I would expect that Microsoft already defined some, but I wasn't able to locate any good documentation about Windows Bluetooth programming with C#. I found some crap about the CE mobile/embedded stuff, but not for the desktop OS. However there exists some stuff from www.32feet.net which tries to provide a framework for Bluetooth, but I am not really sure if it is usable and if it would make sense to implement the same interface for Linux.
