I have seen the characteristics of the casira evaluation kit and seems good
enough, but it is really expensive (around 3000 €). I have seen also the
BlueCore Host Software Evaluation Kit and it still goes out of my budget. If
you could advise me something cheaper where I can develop and see those
parameters, it would be much better, because if I can use usb dongles, I
would just need a good software to develop and see how those usb dongles
work. I prefer that much more, specially because it would be much cheaper.

as I said, you might get away we a bunch of CSR based USB dongles.
