Check the CSR documentation.

It is described on my webpage and you will also find it in the CSR
documentation.

For the CSR chips, I is fully configurable as far as I know. For other
vendors, I have no idea.

How should I know? Toshiba and Level1 are dongle manufactures and I
don't care about any Windows based driver at all.
