Today's extremely low power ARM chips that run
at a couple dozen MHz
cannot push gigabit speeds.

Size reductions are generally good.

The one function that might be appropriate to leave inline
is perhaps hci_conn_hash_lookup_handle.  Dunno.

It's be good to test though.
