This fixes the parameter order of calloc which causes the following
error on recent gcc:

client/mgmt.c:5057:28: error: ‘calloc’ sizes specified with ‘sizeof’ in
the earlier argument and not in the later argument
[-Werror=calloc-transposed-args]
