I don't have applied this patch, so I think this is not needed. (but I
don't know anything about this patch.

OK. Almost the same for me, with a 2.6.0-test11 kernel.

Usualy, the ZAxisMapping in on the buttons 4 and 5. Here is my
XF86Config-4 related section:
