The specification for SBC is part of the A2DP spec, available at
https://www.bluetooth.org/docman2/ViewProperties.php?group_id=90&document_content_id=8877

If you're instead talking about ISO/IEC 11172-3:1993 which is referenced
in in the SBC spec then you're mostly out of luck: The ISO documents are
not freely available. _But_ there is a draft of this document which is
available and did help me somewhat. Unfortunately I can't seem to
remember where I got it. A quick google turns up
