This isn't really the place for that sort of discussion...

A much better bet would be to find a discussion forum on your distro in
particular, who will probably know much better how to build a custom
kernel for it... Building any custom kernel is largely independent of any
customisations you apply to it; they'll just be source patches of one
sort or other...
