ok, after this message I tried to search along my udev rules.d files
and found this:

# cat /etc/udev/rules.d/10-udev.rules
KERNEL="rfcomm[0-9]*", NAME="bluetooth/%k", GROUP="users", MODE="0660"

after commenting out this line everything worked right: seems like the default rules installed along with bluez conflicts with this.
That rule was suggested by an online tutorial found somewhere.
