use "apitest" to set the DiscoverableTimeout to 0:

    apitest SetDiscoverableTimeout 0

then set your device to discoverable:

    apitest SetMode discoverable

verify your settings with

    apitest IsDiscoverable
    apitest GetMode
    apitest GetDiscoverableTimeout
