All logs related to my device and bluetooth

Description:
- Device: Mediatek MT7961 (USB ID 3554:fa09)
- Kernel: 6.14.0-23-generic
- Error: "Bluetooth: hci0: Opcode 0x0c03 failed: -110" (ETIMEDOUT)
- Firmware in use: BT_RAM_CODE_MT7961_1_2_hdr.bin

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot Linux with kernel 6.14.
2. Run `bluetoothctl` → "No default controller available".
3. Check dmesg: timeout error (-110) on HCI command.

What was tried (without success):
- Disabled USB autosuspend (`btusb enable_autosuspend=0`).
- Enabled debug mode (`btusb debug=1`).
- Verified firmware is present in /lib/firmware/mediatek/.
- Works on Windows (same hardware).

Additional info:
- Full logs and hardware details are attached.
- This may be a missing driver/firmware issue for Mediatek MT7961.
- I have no Idea what I am doing :)
