[PATCH] Bluetooth: btusb: Add support for Quectel MT7925

This adds the USB Vendor ID and Product ID (2c7c:7009) for a Quectel
module featuring the MediaTek MT7925 Bluetooth chip.

Without this, the btusb driver binds the device generically and fails
to trigger the btmtk firmware loading routine, resulting in an
"Opcode 0x0c03 failed: -16" (HCI_Reset EBUSY) error during
initialization.

Applying the BTUSB_MEDIATEK and BTUSB_WIDEBAND_SPEECH quirks allows
the driver to cleanly load the BT_RAM_CODE_MT7925_1_1_hdr.bin firmware
and initialize the controller.
