Can anyone tell me what are the scripts on this link...

whats service activation?how is it done...I have audio service activated..why is this script for?
what do the dbus commands do ?
Please some one tell me these things...i am not able to pair and play the audio on my headset from
my linux system...
Can anyone help me this???
