Sergei,

Several people have worked on this over time. Right now the most updated 
patches are at http://sourceforge.net/projects/bluetooth-alsa/ (see cvs 
projects "kernel" and "btsco")

There's a lot of work to be done on it to make it more solid.

I have used it with kphone to do voip. The user experience isn't as 
straightforward as it should be, but it is a good proof of concept.
