Add VID 0e8d & PID e0d8 for Mediatek MT7922 USB Bluetooth chip.
The information in /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices about the Bluetooth
device is listed as the below.
V1-->V2 modification:
-Change the maintenance personnel and CC personnel for sending emails.
-Remove this "Notice: this object is not reachable from any branch"
line of explanation.
-Change the insertion position of VID & PID, placing it below VID 04ca.
