This patch add fixed channels bit mask definition for
 		L2CAP_FIXCHAN_NULLID
 		L2CAP_FIXCHAN_SIGNAL
 		L2CAP_FIXCHAN_CONNLESS
 		L2CAP_FIXCHAN_A2MP
And replace hard code in source file with the macro.
