I'm afraid that patch does not fix the problem for me.

With a patched kernel 6.12.96, after a couple of reboots:

kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: HW/SW Version: 0x008a008a, Build Time: 20241106151414
kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to write uhw reg(-113)
kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: HCI Enhanced Setup Synchronous Connection command is advertised, but not supported.
