No, it does not working in any vanilla kernel.
A workaround is installing rtbth as described here

After installing this driver I can pair and send files fro my android phone,
but cannot connect to my bluetooth headphones.

I can report that this bluetooth driver https://github.com/loimu/rtbth-dkms
works well with 6.1.0-10-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.37-1
(2023-07-03).

It would be great if we could upstream that driver!
