fwiw
if you build the old btsco project, you'll get an app "a2recv" that
can listen for an a2dp stream from a cellphone. This one thing hasn't
been rewritten inside bluez.
as far as voice headset, I used to point people to gammu.org, but I
can't figure out if they are still trying to do voice or not.
