Do you have any experiences how to integrate a connected headset into
KDE 3 (Fedora 8) and Gnome? This should apply for mixers and other sound
players.
In the Control-Center of KDE I can override the default audio device to
"bluetooth" which is working fine for all KDE players. I can not do this
in Gnome or have not found a place to do this. Also switching between
the output devices is not as easy.
Is there an other possible way, to do this add a lower level at ALSA? So
the device is chosen automatically whenever the headset is connected or not?
