Sorry I didn't see the problem of having BTRF_ROOT_DEAD_RELOC_TREE and
reloc_root == NULL.

The whole idea of BTRFS_ROOT_DEAD_RELOC_TREE is to avoid accessing
root->reloc_root, no matter if reloc_root is NULL or not.

Or did I miss anything?
