Btrfs progs pre-release 4.8-rc1

Hi,

btrfs-progs 4.8-rc1 have been tagged. There are almost no user-visible changes
besides the docs updates. Added lots of improved error handling, new fuzzed
images and related fixes and some minor cleanups.

There are some fuzz tests failing, I'll fix them before release but patches are
welcome. The 4.8 ETA is this Wednesday (2016-10-05).
