[PATCH] btrfs: Replace memcpy + NUL termination in _btrfs_printk

Use strscpy() to copy the NUL-terminated source string 'fmt' to the
destination buffer 'lvl' instead of using memcpy() followed by a manual
NUL termination.  No functional changes.
