Still not ready for review or for anyone else to try it,
this V2 update fixes the bugs I have found in my testing.

New things that now seem to work:

* multiple disks (btrfs raid 0,1,10,5,6)

* AIO

* multiple buffer vectors

* files that are not a multiple of 512 bytes
