RAX says its -17 EEXIST. We saw this with raid10 + inode_cache, but this is not
the case.

looks very similar to the "BUG at fs/btrfs/tree-log.c:3106" reported against
integration-danger, though this branch does not contain the sub-trans logging
patch.
