your test case is same as in the patch below
and the panic was due to null bdev (which matches
in your logs).

   [RFC PATCH] btrfs: fix null pointer deference at 
btrfs_sysfs_add_one+0x105


But in your logs below, there isn't a panic right ?
wrong cut and paste ? or what did I miss?
