There is now: 4.4-1~bpo8+1

Upgrading from btrfs-tools 3.17 to 4.4 fixed the scrub aborts for me.

Oddly, `btrfs scrub start -B /dev/mapper/foo` terminates with exit code
0 when it aborts due to the "device 0" problem.
That's not supposed to happen, is it?
