Hello all.
I know this is completely tangential to BTRFS per se, but, since the wh=
ole purpose of my question is to develop over BTRFS itself, I thought I=
could at least try the ML.
Basically I'm on Mac OS X and been adventuring myself into btrfs using =
Eclipse to code, and a VM to compile and deploy the kernel.
However, currently this is being a real pain to do: eclipse is totally =
oblivious to keywords such as 'noinline', '__exit' or '__init' --- my g=
uess lies with the native GCC. Therefore, any hopes of using eclipse's =
indexing went down the drain for most code.
My question: is anyone in the ML actively developing using Mac OS X? If=
so, any thoughts on how to ease one's life?
Of course, if unable to find a solution, my next move will be to instal=
l a Linux distribution and start developing in Linux. :-)
Cheers.
