Subject: BTRFS: error (device sda1) in btrfs_run_delayed_refs:2963: errno=-17 Object already exists
Date: Tue, 9 Aug 2016 19:15:31 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <a70af895-6d3e-3b8a-eeb3-71d6609f8154@techsquare.com> (raw)

Hello,

Our server recently crashed and was rebooted. When it returned our
BTRFS volume is mounting read-only:

[ 142.395093] BTRFS: error (device sda1) in
btrfs_run_delayed_refs:2963: errno=-17 Object already exists
[ 142.404418] BTRFS info (device sda1): forced readonly

I tried upgrading the kernel from 4.3 to 4.7. Upgraded btrfs-progs to
v4.7 as well.
