So, can we count that you are aware of the problem at this point? Because the main goal of my report is to make devs aware.

For me personally "Don't use defragment. Ever." advice is enough. In real need of defragmentation I can manually copy files without reflinking (rsync never reflinks anyway) or from another drive. Not a big deal really.
