Dear Sir / Madam:

I have painstakingly developed a useful database tool over the past year; it is an interactive database with hyperlinks that take one directly
to the Purchasing / Procurement / Materials Management departments of:
States, Counties, Universities and Fortune 500 Corporations

This database will allow someone to go directly to the
page on their website pertaining to doing business with them and who buys
what commodity. For example, if you desire to do business with Yale:

http://www.yale.edu/procurement/index.html

Room 300, 155 Whitney Avenue
New Haven, CT 06520-8233
phone (203) 432-9955
fax (203) 432-9966

Associate Director of Purchasing
Kerry Murphy
203-432-9982
kerry.murphy@yale.edu

Or

If you would like to do business with NBC:

http://www.nbcsourcing.com/supplierdiversity/

CONTACT: Andre' Crawford
TITLE: Director of Supplier Diversity DEPT
NBC Corporate Sourcing
30 Rockefeller Plaza
New York, NY 10112
PHONE: 212.664.5294
FAX: 212.664.7510
EMAIL: andre.crawford@nbc.com

There are Hundreds of Contacts like this!

The database contains not only the direct links to purchasing departments,
but also the application or registration to "do business" with the
particular entity, (When required). Also included are their physical
addresses, email addresses, phone and fax numbers with the names of the
individuals to contact.

I created this for my own personal use, but realized that this is a great
tool that can be utilized by all industries, especially for companies that do not have the time to search for this information.

I would like to send you a sample of this database (Excel) to get your feedback, if you would like a sample, please reply with "Sample" in the subject line.

Thank you and Best Regards,

Linda DeFina
