programm at beginning of a file

Hello.
I need to write a programm that i can prepend to a file, like a zip
file, to make it autoexecutable.
Any information on how to do it, or how is it called? because i didnt
have any idea for a keyword to do searches on the web.

Or, anyone has an idea how should i do to create in linux an
auto-extractable spanned zip file, that would run on a windows pc?

try gzexe which appends the data to a shell script.
