Although this list is not about kernel programming, but doing C
programming with Linux, I am going to give some hints where to start:
1. Oreilly's "Understanding the Linux Kernel", still the best of its
kind. Explains basic concepts, how to solve common problems in kernel
design and hwo VMs, VFS, Devices, IO, and other things work.
2. kernelhacking.org -- Good introduction, easy reading.
3. google.com
The WWW has plenty of information about kernel programming waiting for
you. Just get hands on it.
Regards
\Steve

Hello,
I'm not a very often Linex kernel programmer but I think I can recomend you
a book, in fact, two:
1) Understanding The Linux Kernel
2) Linux Device Drivers
Besides theses tow books you can look at
"http://www.tldp.org/guides.html". There you can find some guides about
Linux programming in general.
I hope this information be useful for you.
