To improve the code readability, expand the register definition.
Because most registers are generic in Loongson-1 series CPU.

The Loongson-1A CPU is similar with Loongson-1B/1C, which is a 32-bit SoC.
It implements the MIPS32 release 2 instruction set.
It's a cost-effective single chip system based on LS232 processor core, and
is applicable to fields such as industrial control.

Added basic platform devices for Loongson-1A, including serial port,
ethernet, AHCI, USB and so on.
As we known, Most of them are shared with Loongson-1B/1C,
like serial port, ethernet and so on.
But something like AHCI is only supported by Loonson-1A.

The spinlock name in clk-loongson1*.c is "_lock", that's not a very good
name for something that may show up in lockdep debugging error messages.
Give it a bit more descriptive name--ls1x_clk_lock.

This patch adds clock support to Loongson-1A SoC.
Unfortunately, The Loongson-1A's PLL register is written only,
so we just set it with a fixed value.
