Looks good to me.
The offset of con register are calculated wiht formula as following:
	0x4c = 0x1c + (0x10 x 3)
	0x50 = 0x20 + (0x10 x 3)

Looks good to me. It is more simple than before.
The exynos5440_plls[] includes the already calculated value
without 'pll->offset' as following:
	- 0x4c = 0x1c + (0x10 x 3)
	- 0x50 = 0x20 + (0x10 x 3)
