  - Add Expanded Serial Peripheral Interface (xSPI) clocks and resets on
    RZ/G3E,
  - Miscellaneous improvements.

Note that this includes a DT binding definition update for the RZ/G3E
SoC, which are shared by the clock driver and DT source files.
