It's already tested indirectly by the 31-byte Adiantum test vector, but it should be tested directly at the nhpoly1305 level too. As with the other nhpoly1305 test vectors, this was generated by the reference Python implementation at https://github.com/google/adiantum and then automatically formatted for testmgr by a script.
